Happy International Women’s Day, from Thompson & Thompson! Today, we’re highlighting Jaime Colbert, our Call Center Manager. Jaime has been with TNT for 1-year. She manages the call center jobs, responding to customer inquiries and answering call-overflow, following up with customers.
“I spend more time with my work family than I do at home. I have an amazing team of ladies, who love to help customers, especially when it’a an emergency! We’re the ones who make them feel like everything will be okay and taken care of.” Jaime says, “I get most excited to come to work to watch our team grow bigger and better!”
