The equipment that S provides to your home will, upon installation and for twelve months thereafter, work as designed and will perform to applicable building code standards and in accordance with the criteria as set forth in the TNT presentation materials and per manufacturer’s stated standards, subject only to the terms and conditions contained in this document.
This 100% Money Back Guarantee is a one-year performance promise by TNT that upon installation our equipment will perform as represented and designed for a twelve-month period. If you believe that is not the case, then simply contact TNT at (912) 549-1521 with a brief explanation of the stated claim or concerns by the end of the thirteenth month following the date of installation. We may request a copy of this 100% Money Back Guarantee and a copy of your sales agreement or purchase order with TNT. TNT will then schedule an appointment to inspect the premises and the claim within a reasonable period of time after having received the claim. If after inspection, TNT determines that a valid claim exists under this Guarantee, TNT will repair, re-install or replace the equipment or component, at TNT’s option. However, if after a reasonable effort TNT is unable to ensure the equipment will perform to applicable building code standards and in accordance with the criteria as set forth in the TNT presentation materials and per manufacturer’s stated standards, TNT will refund all or part of your purchase price, as applicable.
If TNT determines to replace any or all product(s), and if such product(s) as originally installed are no longer available, TNT shall have the right to substitute product(s) designated by TNT to be of equal quality. Replacement of a product or component does not renew the 100% Money Back Guarantee period. If, at TNT’s option, a purchase price refund is conveyed to the Owner, then TNT shall, at its option, be allowed to remove the equipment subject to the purchase price refund at or within a reasonable period of time from issuing the purchase price refund. If TNT does not remove the equipment subject to the purchase price refund, Owner may keep the equipment, but all warranties on such equipment are terminated, and repair, replacement or removal of the product(s) shall become the sole responsibility of the Owner. This 100% Money Back Guarantee is not valid unless and until the Owner has made full payment under the original TNT sales agreement and all addenda thereto. Non-warranty calls for repair or adjustment may result in a service charge.
This 100% Money Back Guarantee is granted by TNT to the Owner only and only materials purchased from and installed by TNT are covered by this 100% Money Back Guarantee. All warranties terminate immediately upon the transfer of home ownership. This 100% Money Back Guarantee assumes normal and reasonable use of TNT-installed products or components. This 100% Money Back Guarantee does not cover any other damage, workmanship, or material failure beyond the control of TNT including, but not limited to, damage caused by occurrences, such as settlement of the building, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), use of incompatible accessories, removal, repair, or re-installation of any TNT installed products or components by other than TNT, normal weathering, corrosive effects of salt air and chemical pollutants, normal fading, deterioration of caulking compounds, fire, flood, lightning, high winds, windblown objects, earthquake, hurricanes, atmospheric conditions or weather of catastrophic nature as defined by the US Weather Bureau, other acts of God, intentional acts, unreasonable use, vandalism or pollution. This 100% Money Back Guarantee also will not apply to damages resulting from the failure to provide reasonable maintenance, including failure to clean the product or maintain the product as reasonably necessary.
Installation, removal, repair, adjustment, tampering or re-installation of any TNT products or components by other than TNT voids this 100% Money Back Guarantee and warranties within this document, and TNT expressly disclaims any liability for any costs, defects, or damages with respect to such actions.
No employee, representative, agent, nor any other person, has authority to assume or incur on behalf of TNT any obligation, liability, or responsibility in place of or in addition to this 100% Money Back Guarantee. SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT ANY LIMITATION ON THE LENGTH OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, AND THEREFORE THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING SENTENCE MAY NOT APPLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TNT BE OBLIGATED OR LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TNT PRODUCT OR SERVICES.
